About the Role

We are hiring a Content Operations Specialist to help build and maintain organized content hubs for business clients. These hubs collect useful information from across the internet and present it in a structured, easy-to-browse format for customers.

This role focuses on content research, writing, and organization to ensure each hub is useful, polished, and ready for client audiences. You will work alongside a small operations team and report to the Concierge Lead. Because these hubs are often the first thing customers see, strong attention to detail and good content judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hub Creation
  • Build client content hubs from scratch after onboarding
  • Create structured content collections organized by topic
  • Add cards with descriptions, links, and relevant context
• Research
  • Research neighborhoods, restaurants, attractions, and local services
  • Identify valuable local content for industries such as real estate and hospitality
  • Curate high-quality recommendations that position clients as local experts
• Content Writing
  • Write clear, natural English descriptions for content cards
  • Ensure content is useful, well-organized, and easy to understand
• Hub Maintenance
  • Update existing hubs with new content
  • Refresh outdated information
  • Continuously improve organization and structure
• Distribution Support
  • Help distribute curated content in communities such as Reddit, forums, and niche groups
  • Assist with initiatives that improve visibility and engagement
