Full Stack Developer - Argentina
We are seeking talented full stack engineers to join our product engineering teams and work on innovative projects.
In this role, you will be involved in one of the following areas:developing Conversational User Interfaces and collaborating with Machine Learning Engineers; enhancing our flagship product, Generative Agent, by identifying expert consultation needs, developing services using Prompt Engineering, integrating with external platforms, and designing user interfaces; creating tools for analyzing product interactions; or contributing to our configuration systems, including authentication and authorization.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and other engineering teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using React on the front end and Go or Python on the back end.
- Focus on delivering seamless and user-friendly experiences across all platforms.
- Ensure a unified and consistent UX by collaborating with other teams and working across different applications.
- Develop user interfaces that can handle both simple and complex user interactions.
- Bring new ideas, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development process and ensure best practices.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in the recruitment and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and share your knowledge to help the team evolve.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for technical support, ensuring system reliability and availability.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in front-end and back-end software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and deep knowledge of React for building interactive user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in Go, Python, Java, or NodeJS for backend development.
- In-depth understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and the DOM.
- Proven ability to design and develop efficient, scalable APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analysing complex issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
