Full Stack Engineer (AI + Document Intelligence)

Location: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build an AI-powered platform that enables organizations to review, analyze, and manage contracts more efficiently.

The platform processes unstructured legal documents, extracts key clauses and obligations, identifies potential risks, and converts contract data into structured insights for search, analytics, and lifecycle management. In this role, you will work across the full stack to build scalable backend services, intuitive document review experiences, and cloud infrastructure that supports AI-driven contract intelligence.

Main Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer
• Strong experience building Full Stack applications
• Experience building projects from scratch using AI coding agents
• Fluent working with Figma for UI implementation and collaboration
• Strong experience with Python (3.10+) and FastAPI
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Docker and Terraform
• English level: B2+ or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop document ingestion and processing pipelines for large contract datasets
• Build modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Use Figma designs to implement intuitive document review interfaces and contract dashboards
• Integrate AI-powered analysis, clause extraction, and semantic search into user workflows
• Deploy and manage services on AWS using Docker, Terraform, and containerized infrastructure
• Design reusable component systems and scalable frontend architecture
• Implement document viewers with highlighting, annotation, and comparison capabilities
• Optimize performance for large datasets and document rendering
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and observable in productio
