Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full-Stack Engineer working primarily with NodeJS, NextJS, Python, and PostgreSQL. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including REST and GraphQL APIs, front-end interfaces, and database schemas.

A key part of the role involves building and integrating LLM capabilities, including harnesses and agent orchestration within engineering workflows. The engineer will design and maintain data pipelines, perform data normalization in Snowflake, and optimize data models to drive clusters and analytics capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and testable code, conducting code reviews, monitoring performance, and contributing to architectural decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-grade web applications.
• 4+ years of professional programming experience with modern technologies.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development using NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL, and related frameworks.
• Experience in Front-End Development with NextJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, agent orchestration, and building scalable data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, data normalization, and performance optimization for analytics and clustering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate in distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks, version control (Git), and security best practices is beneficial.
