Fullstack Engineer - React & Python

Description The Fullstack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent solutions and AI-driven copilot agents. This role focuses heavily on backend development using Python for AI/ML integrations, data orchestration, and agent logic, while also contributing to scalable and responsive frontend experiences using React.

Working across multiple teams and initiatives, the engineer plays a key role in transforming abstract product requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions. Success in this role means delivering high-quality AI-enabled applications, proactively solving technical challenges, and contributing innovative architectural solutions within a fast-evolving technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

● Develop and optimize backend services primarily using Python for AI capabilities, copilot agent logic, and data processing workflows.

● Support and maintain existing backend components built with .NET Core and C#.

● Build scalable, intuitive, and responsive frontend interfaces using React for intelligent planning and collaboration tools.

● Design and implement RESTful APIs connecting AI models, agents, and internal or legacy systems.

● Manage relational databases and optimize queries to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in testing and quality assurance processes.

● Take ownership of technical implementations, translating high-level product requirements into build-ready solutions.

● Collaborate across teams and adapt efficiently to multiple project contexts and priorities.

● Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively propose scalable architectural improvements.

● Stay current with emerging AI, cloud, and software engineering trends to continuously improve the technology ecosystem.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

● Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for backend development, AI/ML integrations, or data orchestration.

● Strong experience with React and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router.

● Solid understanding of .NET Core and C# for backend support and integrations.

● Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

● Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Core.

● Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

● Experience using version control systems such as Git.

● Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

● Advanced English level (C1).

● Ability to work autonomously, manage context switching, and maintain a high level of ownership.

Nice to Have

● Experience building AI-driven agents, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

● Experience with AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering, or LLM integrations.

● Knowledge of scalable system architecture and distributed systems patterns.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

● Experience working in fast-paced product or innovation-focused environments.
