We invite a Senior Software Engineer with broad hands-on expertise across diverse backend stacks to join our team and help build integrations between multiple internal systems and analytics platforms. You’ll contribute to a new initiative to create a CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and turns it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, providing teams and stakeholders with real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

✅ **Is that you?**
- 3+ years of backend development experience with a broad engineering background across Java, Python, or similar stacks
- Strong experience designing and building system and API integrations
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and data integration patterns
- Comfort working with vague, evolving, or incomplete requirements
- Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on integrations
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and document findings independently
- Strong communication skills, including technical discussions with vendors
- Proactive ownership without reliance on detailed specifications
- Experience working in approval-driven, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- *Desirable:**
- Experience with ETL, event-driven, or API-based data integrations
- Familiarity with GCP
- Experience integrating enterprise tools (ticketing, source control, code quality platforms)
- Exposure to APM, observability, or security scanning tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps metrics
- Fintech background
- Experience with platform ecosystems and metrics
- Vendor management or stakeholder alignment experience
- Frontend development experience
🧩**Key responsibilities and your contribution**
In this role, you’ll drive integrations, validate data, and collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate metrics and dashboard outputs across multiple systems.
- Plan, design, and maintain integrations between internal systems (Jira, ServiceNow, BigQuery, SonarQube, APM tools) and a data/metrics platform
- Validate vendor-delivered features against requirements and document gaps
- Investigate internal systems, APIs, and data flows, and report findings
- Participate in vendor calls and internal standups, summarizing technical outcomes
- Contribute to creating and maintaining architecture documentation
- Support testing and validation of metrics and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
