Senior Data DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data DevOps Engineer to improve our data infrastructure and streamline development operations. Responsibilities

Develop and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow

Implement automation tools to enhance deployment workflows

Collaborate with data scientists to improve data accessibility and functionality

Monitor data systems to detect and resolve performance issues

Create and maintain documentation for data workflows and operational processes

Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements

Perform routine quality assessments to maintain system reliability

Participate in team discussions and provide updates on project progress

Support team members by sharing expertise in data tools and best practices

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related field

Strong knowledge of data pipeline technologies such as Apache Kafka

Expertise in containerization platforms like Docker

Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services

Proven experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects

Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical environments

Effective communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration

Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for technical documentation and communication

Nice to have

Experience with system monitoring tools like Prometheus for performance tracking

Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau

Familiarity with Agile project management practices

Ability to excel in dynamic, high-pressure work environments

Strong interpersonal skills to promote effective team collaboration
