Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node & React)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong orientation towards Backend development to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic engineer with extensive experience in building consumer-facing products. We seek a professional who not only possesses deep technical knowledge in Node.js and React but also shares the Santex culture of participation and continuous growth.

Responsibilities

Product Development: Design and build scalable, high-performance features for real-life, consumer-facing products and services.

Backend Excellence: Take the lead on server-side logic and database management, ensuring robust and efficient system performance.

Full-Stack Collaboration: Work across the stack using React and modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.

System Architecture: Make informed decisions regarding relational and non-relational database systems, understanding their practical tradeoffs.

Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Innovation: Implement modern programming patterns (Functional and OOP) and stay updated with industry trends to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience in professional software development environments.

Backend Mastery: 5+ years of specific experience with Node.js (this role is more BE oriented).

Frontend Skills: Proven experience with React.js and modern JavaScript ecosystems.

Core Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS.

Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

English: Advanced English proficiency is required (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).

Desirable

Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo.

Deep knowledge of AWS services (DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda).

Familiarity with Terraform and serverless technologies.

Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools: Datadog, Circle CI, LaunchDarkly.

Familiarity with product analytics and event tracking (e.g., Amplitude).
