Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python & React

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python & React with AWS) to drive Treasury technology initiatives focused on wire transfer processing and global bank account management.

This role is critical for ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational reliability, with senior engineers expected to lead system refactoring and redesign efforts for business-critical Treasury operations.

Responsibilities

Support Treasury technology initiatives for wire transfer processing and global bank account management

Refactor and redesign critical systems while maintaining stability and uptime for Treasury operations

Ensure accuracy, compliance and operational reliability in all developed applications

Lead system design across microservices, database modeling and API design

Architect solutions for resiliency, compliance and auditability in Treasury/payment platforms

Oversee and participate in code reviews and peer learning to foster a collaborative environment

Drive test automation strategies, including robust unit and manual integration testing

Guide teams through refactoring/redesign initiatives on critical financial systems

Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-stakes applications

Work within agile teams to deliver complex solutions

Requirements

3+ years’ experience with Python, FastAPI, React

Background in PostgreSQL, SQL and basic data analysis

Skills in Docker, test automation and manual integration testing

Experience working in agile teams on complex applications

Collaborative mindset with commitment to code reviews and peer learning

Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence

Understanding of AWS services including S3 buckets, Lambda and CloudWatch

Capability to work with teams across the globe

Nice to have

Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jira ↔ GitHub integrations and DevOps best practices

Prior exposure to payment networks, SWIFT/ACH processing or Treasury systems integration

Background in financial services or Treasury operations with domain knowledge in payments, wire transfers, account reconciliations and cash management
