Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Create scalable technical platforms that align with strategic objectives and engineering quality standards
• Offer technical perspective in architectural planning meetings to help establish project roadmaps
• Liaise with business, product, and technology teams to maintain delivery momentum and expected quality levels
• Provide detailed feedback on peer implementations to promote dependable and sustainable coding practices
• Identify the root causes of difficult engineering issues and coordinate lasting remediation work
• Mentor newer developers through practical support that advances their skills and independence
• Support project preparation by refining scope definitions, assessing effort, and contributing schedule estimates
• Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate beneficial approaches into routine engineering activities
• Produce accessible documentation of significant design choices and workflows to support codebase longevity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into clear requirements and aligned delivery outcomes

Requirements

• No fewer than three years of practical experience in a comparable software-focused position
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-related tools and frameworks that can improve application architecture
• Thorough grasp of Java Core fundamentals and object-oriented programming approaches
• Proven background applying Java 8 functionality in live development projects
• Capability to leverage Spring Boot for backend service construction and ongoing maintenance
• Experience operating applications within Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services for cloud solution rollout, management, and deployment
• Familiarity with CI/CD fundamentals that support consistent automated build and release processes
• Strong SQL capability for organizing and extracting information from relational database systems
• Demonstrated experience delivering service-oriented systems using microservices architecture
• Practical ability to implement REST APIs and integrate external REST-based services
• Solid understanding of unit testing methods for maintaining stable and high-quality code
• Exposure to NoSQL database platforms that integrate effectively with Java solutions
• Fluent English skills at B2 level or above
