Senior Python Developer

We are eagerly seeking a distinguished Senior Python Developer to enhance our pioneering team. This vital position focuses on constructing structured metadata fields that accurately detect crucial details such as speaker identities, event timings, and discussion content, and adeptly converting these details into the client’s preferred language. Our team utilizes cutting-edge machine learning technologies from Azure and AWS, seamlessly integrated into our specialized system architecture.

Key priorities include boosting the accuracy of our applications and developing an API for more effective communication with external platforms.

Responsibilities

Refine and elevate Python applications by incorporating machine learning modules from Azure and AWS

Spearhead the development of structured metadata fields to accurately capture key information

Conceptualize, build, and maintain APIs for robust interaction with external systems

Concentrate on enhancing the accuracy of our machine learning systems within our applications

Collaborate extensively with various teams to define project specifications and create innovative solutions

Craft strong, scalable, and impeccable code that complies with organizational standards

Execute thorough code reviews to maintain supreme software quality

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify issues in existing software

Mentor and train junior developers on Python development best practices and foundational principles

Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Python programming and cloud technologies

Requirements A minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud-based software development, with a strong focus on Python

Extensive expertise in complex backend development, including API development and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda

Proficiency in DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation using tools like Docker

Comprehensive knowledge of API development strategies and established best practices

Demonstrated expertise in automation, system monitoring, and the development of cloud-native applications

Firm commitment to exemplary coding practices, including unit testing, using GIT, thorough documentation, and Agile project management

Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, crucial for effective team collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

Experience with additional cloud service platforms such as Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or JavaScript

Relevant certifications in Python, AWS, or Agile methodologies
