Responsibilities

Create robust web applications using Python-based solutions

Improve service efficiency and ensure high availability across web systems

Incorporate external APIs and integrate additional services into applications

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to complete project milestones

Revise and streamline existing web platforms to meet changing needs

Assess code contributions through reviews and mentor other engineers

Uncover and resolve complex issues within web-based systems

Set and maintain development best practices for smoother processes

Contribute to feature planning and estimation for future products

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with an emphasis on web technologies

High level of proficiency in Python for building and maintaining web applications

Experience in database management to support effective data handling

Working experience with Git for version control and collaborative workflows

Hands-on knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI as Python web frameworks

Understanding of Python web servers used for application hosting and deployment

Sound awareness of security principles for protecting applications

Familiarity with software development methodologies for successful execution

English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Nice to have

Understanding of cloud infrastructure for deploying and maintaining web applications

Ability to use Docker and containerization to optimize environment configuration

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build interactive and dynamic UIs
