As an experienced Project Manager with over +10 years of expertise in leading and delivering complex projects across diverse industries, I am passionate about driving projects to successful completion through strategic planning, effective team leadership, and meticulous execution. My background includes managing large-scale projects such as, IT infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, commercial, construction, clinical projects where I have consistently met and exceeded project goals within time and budget constraints.

I excel in cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management. With certifications in PMP anda a MBA in Finance, I bring a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. My commitment to continuous improvement and my proactive approach to problem-solving enable me to navigate challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.

During my time as a PMO at IBM, INVAP and IQVIA I learned some transferibles workplace skills including discipline, flexible and took ownership of my responsibilities. I’ve also a reliable team member and always oriented to help the organization.

After my PMO experience I’ve decided to go for the next level and led internal and external projects at OneClick Global. Again I learn some workplace skills that enabled me to became a higher productive member of the team. Work at pace, embracing change with a clear communication.

Lastly on my experience I acquired more commercial aspects such as negotiations skills, life cycle product (from purchasing to sell through) but always with PM perspective.

I would describe myself as a positive, optimistic about the future and supportive of the people in my team.
