I have experience in managing the regional Citi-direct e-banking platforms (and other tools as Citi FX Pulse) successful in the ABS (that links Citi-direct platform with SAP in order to automate payments running a SAP transaction) implementation in Colombia, bank negotiations in order to reduce the quantity of active banks, electronic solutions to avoid manual payments or transactions, design of new WoW to optimize the efficiency and reduce costs.
