• preparing donation equipment, performing venipuncture, monitoring donors throughout the collection process, and maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• educate donors, address concerns, and help create a welcoming and professional environment that encourages repeat donations

Phlebotomist at Accu Reference Medical Lab (2024-07 – 2025-09)

• Take orders from Doctors, review them, match the order numbers to the tubes, draw patients in a timely manner, wait for the blood to settle, spin in the centrifuge
• label and send the samples to the lab

Health Care Aid at Always Caring Home Care (2023-10 – 2024-06)

In-home client care. Responsibilities include following a strict care plan to assist clients with physical care.

• Provide medication reminders
• Help prep and bathe clients
• Prepare client meals, sometimes for multiple days

At the Hospital I worked nights doing phlebotomy rounds for the whole hospital before 6 am.

• Cutting down wait time and making sure I kept customers happy was always my goal
