Hey there! I'm Brenda, a Conference Interpreter turned IT Recruiter from Argentina.
As an interpreter, I was trained in fields such as telecommunications, information technology, engineering, marketing, and more.
As a Recruiter, I was thought how to navigate the end-to-end recruiting process, applying different sourcing and screening techniques while using diverse recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, or StackOverflow.
Spanish is my native language, and I have C2 proficiency in English.
My hard skills include MS Office, GSuit, and AI tools. My soft skills include organization and multitasking, team spirit, effective communication, and active listening.
Mi última experiencia laboral tuvo que ver con brindar servicios de interpretación simultanea para una empresa de India, relacionado con la ingeniería industrial.
Tengo experiencia como decente freelance de inglés, y en cursos para entrenar interpretes.
También trabajé en ventas como vendedora y en atención al cliente.
Tengo experiencia como asistente ejecutiva en una empresa de construcción.
Tengo una licenciatura en Interpretación de Conferencias en Inglés de la Universidad del Salvador.
He hecho múltiples capacitaciones en el área de reclutamiento IT.
También he hecho cursos en desarrollo web responsive.
