I have extensive experience leading projects in electronics, instrumentation, and over 20 years leading equipment upgrades with obsolete electronics or commissioning new equipment, based on Allen Bradley PLCs.

In general, I use to identify the problems speaking with operators, analyze them, and propose alternative solutions to reduce costs or increase the safety of operation for new equipment or equipment that needs to be updated due to obsolete electronics, prioritizing the safe operation of the machines.

Control and Electronics Projects Engineer, responsible for leading projects (Project Leader) for the improvement of existing equipment due to technological obsolescence and installation of new subassemblies or machines.

Conduct FAT acceptance tests on equipment manufactured abroad (USA, Germany, England, and Slovakia).

Experience in integrating third-party system and hardware projects with SAP and traceability.

Among the major achievements, I can mention:

Updating and modernizing the system that manages instrument measurements.
SCADA for the company's electrical substations.
Leading the electronic and mechanical update of critical machines (unique in the factory).
Successful commissioning of imported equipment.
Reduction of errors in PLC programs by introducing defensive programming and standardizing program writing.
