I have extensive experience leading projects in electronics, instrumentation, and over 20 years leading equipment upgrades with obsolete electronics or commissioning new equipment, based on Allen Bradley PLCs.
In general, I use to identify the problems speaking with operators, analyze them, and propose alternative solutions to reduce costs or increase the safety of operation for new equipment or equipment that needs to be updated due to obsolete electronics, prioritizing the safe operation of the machines.
