Built a strong defensive-security foundation through academic coursework and hands-on lab work, including network and packet analysis (Wireshark), intrusion detection (Snort IDS), vulnerability scanning, controlled penetration testing (PTES), and digital forensics. Comfortable scripting in Python, Bash, and PHP and administering Windows Server and Linux systems.

Provide ongoing technical support to end-user customers across cloud and managed hosting environments, diagnosing and resolving infrastructure, server, email, and connectivity issues to maintain service availability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Amazon Web Services (AWS) and hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure, working with services including EC2, S3, and VPC to support secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
Administer Linux and Windows server environments using cPanel/WHM, Webmin, and Proxmox; apply secure configuration settings and perform routine system backups to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
