My professional career has given me a valuable and wide profile. I have studied systems engineering and psychology. These two different careers background allowed me to manage large teams and assist them to reach the best performance thus developing technical, functional and design capabilities in various technological areas, with an emphasis on CRMs, learning tools, shared services applications, web design, and content dissemination.
After several years within Accenture, I have incorporated its culture of continuous innovation and process improvement.
