I am a young professional focused on working in management and implementation services of Cloud & On-Premises technologies, such as designing / architecting hybrid cloud solutions and maintaining functionality of, primarily, windows operating system virtual machines. As a part of my role, I have worked outsourcing services of TI management under TIL methodologies, efficiently supporting architectures regulated by SLAs / SLOs performing troubleshooting, infrastructure performance analysis, change implementation, and problem / incidents resolution given the root-cause analysis.
