Maintain and evolve a nationwide distributed backend ecosystem for card logistics and digital banking, integrating with services owned by other domains, including Cards, Accounts, and Customers, through Apigee-secured OAuth 2.0 REST APIs. The ecosystem also combines asynchronous scheduled jobs, batch file processing, three Oracle databases, and multiple MongoDB stores. Use Kibana and Grafana for observability, Confluence for technical and functional documentation, and OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Devin AI for multi-repository analysis, implementation, testing, and refactoring.
- Designed and automated a daily workflow that blocked approximately 800 cards destroyed at branches, replacing manual operational tasks and enabling customers to request card reprints through digital channels. Integrated card and customer services, classified Prisma failures, scheduled retry jobs, and routed unresolved cases through S3 and Control-M to an external RPA.
- Created an extensible scheduled-notification service that queried multiple domain services to process up to approximately 2,000 delivery candidates, sent around 400 push notifications for card-activation reminders per daily run on a seven-day cadence, and persisted campaign state in MongoDB to prevent duplicates and analyze subsequent activations.
- Developed a dedicated backend gateway for Pago Facil and Rapipago pickup operations and integrated the correspondent flow across six essential services of the card delivery platform; the initiative received quarterly MVP recognition.
