Product Owner, PSPO I® certified, Technical consultant, with 12+ years of technical experience (Software Developer/Architect) as well as leading and managing the development of innovative products and solutions.
● Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
● Innovative: Always having a room for PoC, choosing disruption over obsolescence in tech race.
● Proven ability to understand and evaluate business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
● Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and best practices.
● Skilled in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, Data analysis, performance metrics, KPIs, OKRs, backlogs, Epics, Features and user stories as part of strategy and tactical actions.
● Proven ability to identify and prioritize features and enhancements that drive business value.
● Experience in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
● Strong leadership skills, able to lead and mentor product development teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and exceed business objectives.
