Hi! I´m Malena, a Human resources Student taking my first steps into the industry!

I´m passionate about using my knowledge to help people, I view myself as a very enthusiastic, creative, and result-oriented person.

Currently, my main goal is to keep working at HR, be able to boost my career, and meet people who help me excel at what I love most: Helping people.

I´ve been working at AES Servicios America since July 2022 as an intern.

There, I worked with positions US-based for The AES Corporation. I´m part of a 3 persons team (including myself, 2 interns, and one junior), we are in charge of the entire recruitment process, including the Search and Hunting of Professionals, phone interviews, coordination of background checks and Medical Exams, and being in contact with the administration team and HRBPs.

Usually, we are in charge of hiring classes of 10 to 15 people monthly, currently managing 2 simultaneous hiring classes of 65 positions in total. Mainly we work with Customer Service Representatives and Meter Readers roles but I´m also helping with Clean Energy Roles.

I´m also part of the work environment Team when we work to keep our work environment as best as possible.

Right now I´m finishing my HR degree at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), however, I´m only missing one final exam, my expected graduation date is July-August 2023
