Welcome to my profile!

This is Antonella- 19 years old girl who lived and worked as an aupair in California for a year and fall in love with all the tech start-up ecosystem. So I joined Veauty Now! A mobile Saas business helping independent beauty professionals manage online appointments.

Being the person in charge of talking to users, understanding and translating their needs to the product team, gave me the chance to experience what is to work along frontend, backend developers and designers. As well as the skills to sell a Saas product only by Instagram messages. (As it is the network where all our users are)

Currently, looking to join another promising start-up! Inside the sales/customer success/ customer support side of the business, as it is the one in which I perform the best :)

- Recruited our first 158 users
- Built an entire social media community started with 0
(Currently 16,900 followers, and 2,6 million people watching our posts)
- Established a “self-selling” strategy: users are encouraged to become brand ambassadors (they get a commission for every user which try and pays for the app). Currently, they are the ones creating content for us in the social media, as well as promoting our app.

Au-Pair at Au Pair Care

(April 2022- April 2022)

During my Au Pair program, I lived with an American family: Kevin & Michelle Kidd <3 and helped take care of their children. My main job was taking care of the children, helping them with their schoolwork and preparing meals for them. She also did light household chores related to the children, such as doing laundry and cleaning up the kitchen after meals. I attended English classes and took college courses in programming, art, and English.
Kindergarten Teacher Helper
(June 2021- December 2021)

During half a year, while I was in high school, in the afternoons I worked doing everything that was needed in the garden: receiving parents and children to the garden, preparing materials for each class, preparing meals for the children (snack/breakfast) Arriving at In the end, I was already another teacher: I got to prepare and teach entire classes by myself, to the older ones (2 to 4 years old) teaching them English, fine motor skills and art classes. In addition to giving me the necessary work experience, I had the opportunity to meet the two awesome people in charge of the Garden: Josefina and Luci <3
Summer Camp Teacher Helper
(December 2021- February 2022)

Participate in a summer academy, also as an assistant! Together with two phenomenal teachers (and people): Yanina and Anabella. It was based on spending the whole day with the kids, teaching swimming, motor skills exercises, games and singing.
