I report directly to the Head of the area, performing tasks related to personnel administration such as attending and managing internal customer queries and claims, monitoring and proposing improvement actions. In charge of the management related to the documentation of each employee and keep the system of news loads updated for the liquidation. Provide assistance to employees effectively and efficiently, both in person and virtual.

Register salary settlement claims by employees and follow up them until their resolution. Carry out input-output control and presentism of the staff. Check out the documents for the ART. Coordinate the medical appointments, follow-up and preoccupational exams.
