Nico Valle

As a mechanical engineer, for the last 4 years my focus has been on the calculation, design, and reverse engineering of mechanical and plastic components used in various manufacturing processes.

My background includes the mastery of CAD/CAM/CAE design tools and hands on experience different manufacturing technologies, especially in CNC milling and injection molding.

Currently, I am getting certified in advanced modeling and computational simulation with SolidWorks and have started a 2-year specialization at the ESSS institute in Ansys Mechanical to enhance my skills in simulations and structural analysis (FEA).

My goal is to continue growing and contributing innovative solutions in the field of mechanical design.

• Design, calculation, and fabrication of mechanical components for machinery in the recycling and plastic manufacturing industry.
• Design and fabrication of injection, blow, and thermoforming molds.

• Machining and programming on 3 and 4-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
