Proactivity is an essential part of both personal and working life. Personally, it finds me always in search of new goals, new knowledge and, in that sense, travelling and cultivating new expressions such as music, a new language or involving in a new culture are part of my continuous research for new challenges. Profesionally, it makes me be constantly looking for continuous improvement, developing a creative and challenging work environment whithin both my team work and company itself, always heading to contribute and fulfill with company’s goals .
