Ruben Almanza

I am Ruben Almanza and I have 23 years old and I am from Mendoza Argentina I´m a young winemaker seeking new experience in the wine making world, looking for new challenges and the possibility to learn new ways to working and winemaking, meet new people who share the same passion for this industry as I have. Meet new culture and travel. I have experience working in my country in the province of Mendoza and Neuquén.

I have experience working with sparkling wine, red wine and white wine. I´m studied oenology and food science dedree in Tecnicatura Don Bosco, Rodeo del Medio, Mendoza. I am qualified to work both in the winery and in the laboratory.

I am proactive, enthusiastic, critical punctual and person, fast learning. I like working in a team and I am willing to learn to expand my knowledge, with a lot of desire to progress and keep growing in my career.

Poseo 4 vendimias realizadas de experiencia en mi carrera, algunas actividades que hice:

 Control de temperatura.

 Inoculación de levadura.

 Adición de nutrientes y productos químicos.

 Seguimiento de la fermentación.

 Filtración.

 Trabajo de barril.

 Limpieza y desinfección.

 Muestreo y análisis de laboratorio.

 Participación en cata.

 Laboratorio.

 Etiquetado.

Estudie en la Tecnicatura Don Bosco de Rodeo del Medio, Mendoza, Argentina. Recibido en noviembre de el año 2021.
