Over the past 15 years, I have led the delivery of complex WMS programs across Latin America, consistently aligning technology execution with business outcomes. My career spans roles from pre-sales at Oracle to solution architect and consulting leadership positions at Infor and Cerca Technologies, giving me end-to-end ownership of project delivery.
I specialize in leading cross-functional teams, managing client stakeholders at both operational and executive levels, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. My experience combines strong technical understanding with commercial and delivery oversight, enabling effective decisionmaking throughout the project lifecycle.
I have led or co-led 50+ Infor WMS Cloud implementations across 12 countries, supporting clients in logistics, retail,consumer goods, pharma, and automotive sectors.
