In my current role, I manage the full billing and collections process, including invoicing, uploading invoices to client portals, following up on payments, monitoring customer balances, and preparing aging reports and realistic collection forecasts for management.
I also handle daily financial operations such as bank transactions, supplier payments, customer receipts, tax and service payments, and continuous cash flow updates. Additionally, I prepare daily, biweekly, and monthly reports, including debt reports, pending invoicing, sales reports, cost comparisons, and income statements.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities, especially in account reconciliations. I adapt quickly to new software and systems, often supporting others with training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
