Role Description

We are looking for a Python Engineer with strong FastAPI experience and the ability to build and integrate Next.js frontends. You will develop scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs, contribute to data pipelines, and collaborate with Product, Data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Tech stack: Python 3.11 , FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, DuckLake, Next.js (TypeScript), and AWS.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs using FastAPI.
Model and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schemas and migrations.
Build and integrate Next.js frontends with reliable API contracts and efficient data access.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps on containerization, deployment, and AWS infrastructure.
Contribute to ETL/ELT pipelines and data-intensive B2B workflows.

What You'll Do

Requirements

3 years of Python experience building production APIs, with strong FastAPI and PostgreSQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, API integration, and state management.
Strong testing, type safety, and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
