• *our Responsibilities:
• You design and build scalable, resilient systems that serve as the foundation for the customers quantitative research workflows.
• You develop high-efficiency computing platforms that enable fast, reliable, and large-scale data processing and model execution.
• You write clear, well-structured technical documentation and actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality, readability, and maintainability.
• You promote and uphold engineering best practices across teams, helping to establish a culture of clean, consistent, and forward-thinking development.
• *Your Profile:
• You have 3-4 years of professional experience as a Python Software Engineer/Quantitative Engineer (m/f/d).
• You have at least two years of experience programming in Python, with solid knowledge of key libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• You have hands-on experience working with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, and are comfortable building and deploying cloud-native applications.
• You have expertise in at least one of the following domains:
• Quantitative research areas such as econometrics, factor modeling, or algorithmic trading.
• Environmental or meteorological data modeling.
• Applied machine learning, including deep learning and neural networks.
• Robotics systems or sensor network integration.
• You have English language skills at C1 level and basic knowledge of German.
