- *our Responsibilities:
- You design and build scalable, resilient systems that serve as the foundation for the customers quantitative research workflows.
- You develop high-efficiency computing platforms that enable fast, reliable, and large-scale data processing and model execution.
- You write clear, well-structured technical documentation and actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality, readability, and maintainability.
- You promote and uphold engineering best practices across teams, helping to establish a culture of clean, consistent, and forward-thinking development.
- *Your Profile:
- You have 3-4 years of professional experience as a Python Software Engineer/Quantitative Engineer (m/f/d).
- You have at least two years of experience programming in Python, with solid knowledge of key libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- You have hands-on experience working with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, and are comfortable building and deploying cloud-native applications.
- You have expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- Quantitative research areas such as econometrics, factor modeling, or algorithmic trading.
- Environmental or meteorological data modeling.
- Applied machine learning, including deep learning and neural networks.
- Robotics systems or sensor network integration.
- You have English language skills at C1 level and basic knowledge of German.
