18+ years of accounting and finance experience in international companies in IT/tech (Ciklum, Openware), oil & gas (Shell), manufacturing (Pillar), sales/distribution (LEGO, LG Electronics)
Strong expertise in financial controlling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling, setting up accounting/finance management processes, internal audit, opening new legal entities and business closure/liquidation support
Experience with accounting & financial management in the following jurisdictions: Ukraine, USA, UK, France, NL
5 years of people management experience
