Full scrum, Releases, Team leading
I was involved into the creation of 3 apps from scratch. In most cases i was leading a team and we’ve got successful releases in all the cases. Full-cycle development in general - help on business analysis, planning, prototyping, agile/scrum development.
Release management was also on me in case of configuration of pipelines and providing the build to the inner publishing system. I have a lot of highly- positive reviews from team members and heads of these projects. Everything was done on a highest level.
