I am a finance leader with 8 years of experience as the CFO of a single family office with a net asset value of several billion EUR and the Heidi Horten Collection, a private museum with a world-class art collection. I manage all aspects of finance, accounting, controlling, IT, and treasury for a worldwide structure with multiple entities, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

I have successfully completed several construction projects as the project sponsor, with a total volume exceeding 100 M EUR. I have also led and participated in various due diligence and M&A procedures, involving private equity firms, banks, and lawyers. In addition, I have over 11 years of experience as the owner and CEO of Xando, a boutique consulting company that specialized in project management and business consulting for telecommunications, renewable energy, and non-profit organizations.
