I am an enthusiastic self-starter who is native in English, French and German, thorough and organized with a strong work ethic, motivated, and likes a challenge. Passionate about the hospitality industry, specifically event management, I am willing to relocate to Austin, TX for this position.

Event Management Intern (6 months)

Sales Responsibilities: creating lead sheets in HubSpot, building event proposals in Caterease, reviewing BEOs, designing event look books for clients, site visits, implementing customer loyalty strategies

Marketing Responsibilities: creating and scheduling Instagram posts, writing blog posts and marketing strategy proposals for exclusive partners, branding for a new branch, logo and website design, designing proposals on Canva

Logistics Responsibilities: building and reviewing pull sheets, prepping for BEO meetings, managing and maintaining warehouse inventory, assisting rental deliveries

Culinary/Bakery Responsibilities: food prep, manning chef action stations and organizing kitchen inventory

Event Staff Responsibilities: butler passing food items and beverages, bussing tables, runner for buffets and food stations, event setup and breakdown
