Business Data Analyst (Bizzabo, 2021-2022)

• Identifying main company KPIs and creating dashboards for Financial Team and Customer Support Team with clean, accurate, and trusted data (Looker).
• Customer behaviour analysis (customer lifetime analysis, churn, renewals, customers activity, etc.).
• Lead and develop of Churn Mitigation Model (Looker), which allowed tracking customers with high risk to be churned based on customers’ behaviour.

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports (SQL) according to the requirements and business needs.
