I have organized and hosted group workshops in various wellness and mental health topics for specialized groups for a total of three years now – topics include stress management, mindfulness practices, interpersonal relationships, expressive arts therapies (dance, drama, poetry), and meditation. Psychoeducation and pluralistic models for healing are integral to my professional and personal drive.

Facilitate group counseling and discussions with specialized groups (LGBTQIA+, students, international) in topics such as Identity & Sexuality, Navigating Interpersonal Relationships, Community Concerns, and Coping Struggles and Strategies.

Lead dance sessions for hotel guests with mindfulness meditation and group interventions. Use motivation tactics for building confidence, creative exercise, and wellness support. Workshops on stress management, mind/body connection, and therapeutic arts.

Key researcher in an academic article with Prof. Luca Ticini and Prof. Andrea Caria. Explored previous findings on the buffering social effect and benefits on neuroendocrine/metabolic/behavior regulation in association with the arts / artistic experience

Webster Vienna Private University | 2020 - 2023:

M.A in Psychology with an emphasis in counseling psychology. Included one year of student counseling with a total 500 hours practicum. Thesis title: Dance and The Social Psyche: A Study on Dance and its Effects on Levels of Emotional Intelligence and WellBeing Supervisor: Prof. L. Ticini This study explores the correlation between the complexities of dance, emotional intelligence, and general well-being in dancers and nondancers.
