About the Role

We are seeking a senior Full-Stack Web Developer for a short-term, high-impact engagement. You will work on a government web platform, enhancing both frontend and backend functionality. This role is perfect for hands-on developers who thrive on working quickly within an existing codebase and delivering improvements at pace.

This is a Canberra-based role: onsite work requirement, with flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance React-based web applications running on OpenSearch

• Work across frontend and backend components to deliver high-quality improvements

• Gain familiarity and contribute to Drupal 10+ modules as needed

• Collaborate with the digital team to ensure seamless feature integration

• Troubleshoot and resolve codebase issues efficiently, maintaining high standards

• Contribute to documentation and deployment processes as required

About You To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong React skills

• Experience with Drupal 10+ is highly desirable

• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend development

• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to an existing codebase

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
