Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision for a modern, scalable cloud platform
• Design, code, review and release full‑stack solutions with React, Node.js (TypeScript) and AWS
• Balance speed, quality, security and cost when making technical decisions
• Work closely with Product, Design and Data to turn concepts into shippable features
• Champion best practice in automated testing, CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Mentor engineers and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement

About you

• Proven experience leading engineering teams or major projects in a growth environment
• Strong hands‑on skills with React (or similar) and Node.js/TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or RDS, and CloudFormation/CDK or Terraform
• Comfortable designing distributed systems, APIs and microservices
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Passionate about clean code, testing and incremental delivery
