• *What you’ll actually be doing
• Building and scaling modern web apps across
• *React + Node (NestJS)
• Owning features end-to-end — from design through to production
• Shaping architecture and influencing how things are built (not just coding tickets)
• Working closely with Product and Design to solve real problems, not just ship features
• Mentoring other engineers and helping lift the overall bar
• Improving performance, scalability and reliability across the platform
• Getting stuck into tricky problems — distributed systems, workflows, data, integrations
• *What we’re looking for
• Strong experience with
• *React

and modern frontend architecture

• Deep
• *Node.js / NestJS**

experience building scalable backends

• Solid
• *TypeScript**

skills and good system design instincts

• Experience with APIs, microservices and distributed systems
• Cloud exposure (AWS ideally) and decent DevOps awareness
• Someone who can

• Workflow-heavy systems
