Senior Full-Stack Java Developer – High Impact Role in a Growing SaaS Scale-Up Global asset management and engineering businesses are on a growth charge and are looking to streamline their processes and operations with smart digital technology and AI. Inspectivity assists digital transformation by delivering a B2B SaaS no-code platform for inspection management. We connect global stakeholders with critical condition information about their assets, underpinning major capital projects both here in Australia and overseas.

Inspectivity is seeking an experienced full-stack Java developer with the drive and energy to make an impact. You’ll be more than a developer — you’ll be a problem-solver, a systems thinker, and someone keen to grow alongside a scaling SaaS business.

You will work across all aspects of the platform — from core backend services to the mobile and web experience — where you can deliver real technical and commercial outcomes. What you'll do

Contribute high-quality, maintainable code across backend, web and mobile.

Ready to take ownership of smaller technical projects: contributing to scoping, estimating, executing, and delivering reliably, with room to grow into larger responsibilities.

Help shape the architecture and design of our platform as we modernise and scale.

Actively collaborate with the product and professional services teams to solve customer problems.

Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders when needed.

Help bring energy, organisation, and clarity to complex technical initiatives. Our tech stack

Core: Java, Spring, JPA, PostgreSQL

Frontend: Javascript/Typescript, HTML/CSS, Single Page Web Apps (React, Google Web Toolkit (GWT))

Mobile: Apache Cordova, Android development.

Cloud: AWS.

Dev Enviroment: Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Confluence, *nix We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. The ideal candidate is versatile and eager to quickly learn or adapt to new technologies in our stack — such as GWT, or Cordova — provided they have a strong foundation in Java and experience building single-page web apps. Familiarity with React would be a valuable plus. About you

You have experience designing software architecture and enjoy balancing pragmatism with scalability.

You’re a strong communicator who can discuss technical topics with colleagues and clients alike.
