Senior Python Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to help drive the evolution of our business systems. What matters most is someone who can take real operational requirements and turn them into scalable, maintainable software.

You won't just be handed tickets, you'll work closely with stakeholders, unpack problems, design solutions, and lead delivery. This position will give you the opportunity to build in best practices into the business and challenge you to grow.

The Role

• Translating business requirements into well-designed, production-ready solutions
• Designing, building and maintaining core business systems
• Providing technical guidance, code reviews and direction
• Driving best practices across code quality, testing and documentation
• Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term strategy

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of Python development experience in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and design systems around them
• Comfortable owning solutions end-to-end, from scoping through to deployment and implementation (testing included)
• Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong grasp of software fundamentals, maintainability and performance
