Role Summary:-

Lead retail transformation programs combining architecture, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on composable commerce and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Deliver end-to-end retail engineering programs
• Design microservices, API-first, and scalable architectures (eCommerce, OMS, supply chain)
• Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD, and release management
• Partner with stakeholders for solutioning, estimations, and proposals
• Ensure cloud architecture best practices and delivery excellence
• Mentor teams and guide architectural standards

Core Skills:-

• Retail domain: eCommerce, inventory, fulfillment, omnichannel
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven, API-first
• Tech: Java (Spring Boot), React/Angular/Next.js (basic)
• Composable platforms: commercetools / Shopify / Salesforce / VTEX / etc.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD

Requirements:-

• 10 years in technology delivery (retail preferred)
• Experience in architecture program leadership
• Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership
• Experience in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales
