Detailed Job Description

• Should have knowledge of computer programming (Python, C or Java).
• Should be able to provide production support for DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of platforms such as GitLab, Atlassian, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Candidate should be able to provide support desk services including incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Candidates should be willing to learn new skills and scale up quickly.
• Mining domain knowledge is preferable.
