I currently work in Immigration and have been since late 2019. I am attached to ABF (Australian Border Force) though Serco Australia.
My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in business administration, including finance, management, marketing, and operations. Additionally, I have gained valuable practical experience in the field of operations management, through my ten-year career in the Australian Army, as well as through my work as a security guard and detainee officer upon discharge. Through these experiences, I have developed strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills that I believe will be an asset to your organization.
In my previous roles, I have managed complex operations and logistics, overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising teams. I am adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining operations, and developing efficient systems and procedures. I am also skilled in project management and have led several successful projects from conception to completion.
I have completed numinous qualification over the time. My most recent one is an Associate Degree of Business with the University of Southern Queensland which I completed in Feb 2023.
