As a results-driven Executive Leader, Senior Scientist, and Chemical Engineer, I was honoured to be the Youngest Recipient of the Australian Prime Minister’s Distinguished Global Talent Award, recognising high-impact contributions to science, innovation, and industry.
I currently serve as Chief Research, Innovation and Compliance Executive Officer at TrendPac, where I lead the organisation’s global R&D strategy, innovation agenda, and regulatory governance across household and personal care manufacturing. My role focuses on translating advanced science into scalable, commercially robust, and fully compliant products—driving long-term innovation, sustainability, and manufacturing excellence with both Australian and global relevance and forging global technical strategic partnerships.
Prior to TrendPac, I held senior R&D leadership roles at Pental Cleaning Products (DuluxGroup), where I led multidisciplinary teams of scientists and chemists and played a key role in leading and advancing the household cleaning portfolio across the DuluxGroup (Selleys). I was responsible for end-to-end product development—from ideation through to commercial launch—delivering high-performance formulations aligned with IFRA, TGA, ACCC, and GHS regulatory frameworks, ensuring efficacy, quality, and compliance at scale.
My technical expertise spans materials science, nanotechnology, applied chemistry, energy, and oil & gas, including projects in CO₂ capture and conversion, self-healing anti-corrosive coatings, advanced silica-based nanomaterials, and highly regulated pharmaceutical, personal care, and home-care products. I bring strong hands-on experience with advanced characterisation and analytical techniques.
My career includes work with leading global research organisations, including ADNOC (UAE), Khalifa University, University of Queensland, and University of Newcastle, as well as MicroTau, a deep-tech defence startup, where I contributed to advanced materials innovation through the Defence Innovation Network.
I am recognised for delivering evidence-based, high-impact projects through strong project governance, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. I have received three major Australian research and innovation awards within three years and have authored peer-reviewed journal publications, book chapters, and international conference keynote presentations, reflecting a sustained commitment to science-led innovation and responsible industrial advancement.
