Experience includes underground development, production, open-cut drill and blast, and short-term mine planning including open-pit dump designs using Deswik. Proven ability to support production targets, safety management, risk assessment, and operational reporting while collaborating with operational crews and site stakeholders. Short-term Mine Planner at Glencore (2019-09 – 2020-02)

• Planned and executed weekly short-term open-pit designs, schedules, and reporting for the Short-Term Planning Superintendent and operations leaders.
• Liaised with the medium-term mine planning team to deliver safe and efficient open-pit dump designs using Deswik, ensuring compliance with geotechnical requirements, safety standards, and operational targets.
• Supported Drill and Blast operations including dipping, tying, priming, and loading blast patterns, contributing to safe execution of open-cut blasting activities.

Underground Crew Operational Offsider at Glencore (2019-03 – 2019-09)

• Worked in both development and production crews to safely achieve operational targets.
• Conducted regular safety checks and risk assessments of equipment and working environments including but not limited to pre-starts, gas monitoring, and strata inspection with the appointed deputy.
• Performed offsider duties at the development face and assisted operators in maintaining production standards.

Technical Services Intern Mining Engineer at Glencore (2017-11 – 2018-03)

• Assisted the underground coal development team to meet daily operational targets.
• Conducted a feasibility study for Special Mining Vehicles to optimise procurement decisions.
• Developed an underground emergency inventory system for safety preparedness including food rations and human waste management systems.
• Updated and improved Standard Working Procedures with enhanced focus on safety.

Athletics Coach at Sydney Grammar School, SCEGGS Darlinghurst, Misso Fitness (2020-06 – Present)

• Coached sprinters to compete at CIS, NSW State, and Australian National Championships, including athletes who have won and currently hold Australian records in the 100m and 200m events for their respective ages.
