• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service in a busy café environment.
• Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash and EFTPOS payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during busy service periods.
• Keep the café clean and organised by clearing tables, washing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
