Single session, brief, solution-focused interventions:

• Forensic - I have a Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice with 15+ years experience working in prisons and courts, completing individual assessment, case formulation, and treatment recommendations.
• Alcohol and Other Drugs - I have Cert IV AOD - Dual Diagnosis, with core competenices for the assessment, case formulation, and treatment recommendations. I deliver focused psychological strategies to assist clients contemplating ceasing AOD use and those at risk of lapse/relapse.
• Veterans - I worked briefly with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Australian Federal Police. I developed an understanding of the support needs of people who had been exposed to high-risk and violent incidents resulting in post traumatic stress, and unsustainable coping strategies.
• Case Management - My solution-focused approach includes identifying and liaising with other services and supports to assist with complex case management and client recovery.

Prison Officer - I worked in a maximum security men's prison from 1999 to 2011, including as a case manager in accommodation units (specialist units for intellectual disdability and mental illness), suicide and self-harm, Aboriginal Liaison.

Offender Treastment - I worked for Corrections Victoria and provided case management and offender risk consultation with high risk violent offenders on parole.

Court Services - I worked in an assessment and case management role at Melbourne Magistrates Court with people on bail. I also worked at Broadmeadows Childrens Court in he Family Drug Treatment Court Pilot, in a project role, and then in intake and assessment.

Australian Federal Police - I worked in assessment and brief intervention with AFP members in high-profile teams.

Department of Veterans Affairs - I worked with complex clients at risk of escalation, providing case management alongside DVA Client Officers.

headspace National - I worked as a mental health clinician on remote, digital mental health platforms.

Forensic Mental Health Social Worker - I work in a mens maximum security prison and provide assessment, case formulation, and brief interventions.
